need suggestions

so im am doing my cycles to help me in the sport of oly lifting... i have done a 12 week cycle; dbol for 4 weeks and test cyp 600mg for 12 weeks

What do you suggest to cycle next so i can keep all of this strength and mass!!

No nandrolone components due to their 18 month detections time

well lil man I agree with meat up that shit and eat
 
well yes, that is obvious... but its also obvious that you WILL lose gains from dbol- test cycle, so im going to try to counterbalance that with a quick 2nd cycle of prop to keep the most if not all the gains... while with proper diet training and pct

No. It doesn't make a difference. Test is test. Prop just means you have to inject more frequently and it kicks in and clears the system faster. It has nothing to do with whether you keep gains or not. What Colt said is what determines if you keep gains or not.
