Need to lose water retention.

Not that im carrying much water, but I need a legal otc supp that takes the water out of you.

If you know of one, please let me know.
 
Dandelion root 2-8g, 3 times a day can help you shed water. I've done 8g 3 times a day for three days and I lost water nicely.
 
take dandelion root and grean tea 3 times a day at a decent dose. And from what Iv read your not on gear either so you should have no problem

Well im not actually retaining water, I just want to dry up a little bit. I think everyone could do with a little less water on their body. Or is that dumb? I want to try it. I may be holding extra water on my abs, who knows.

Dumb? Well, I don't think you should always be using it. You want to be as well hydrated as possible, but every once in a while to look good is ok.
 
Wait, so dandelion root is good when your on gear for water retention? What about a dbol cycle, will it defalte you enough to make it not so noticeable?
