need to maximize my time in the gym?

Hey everyone, hows it going? I need some suggestions on what i can do to keep my strength and my size at least at par, if not better. THe deal is, i just recently landed a forestry job, which means i'm out in the woods for 10 days then i have 4 days off. I'd like to keep the way my body is, and actually get more muscular. I know for the days i'm in the middle of nowhere, pushups, triceps pushups, situps and pullups would be good, any other suggestions would be great. But on my days off, what routine/exercises would benefit me the best to hopefully continue gain muscle? What i eat isn't a problem, lots of food and lots of choice, lots of sleep and lots of cardio while i'm in the woods, but i need a little guidance as far as maximizing my time in the gym and whatever other exercises i could while i'm away. Any ideas or suggestion would be great.
Cheers

How much cardio do u do?? If u over do it on the cardio that can affect some of your size gains.
As far as routine. Back/bi's Chest/shoulders/tris legs Or some perfer - chest/shoulders/bis legs back/tri's. Thats 3 days a wk. Don't have your back day and your leg day back 2 back. Start doing deadlifts(if u don't already) on back day every other wk. On the off wks do good mornings. Also throw in some rows, lat. pull downs stuff like that. Don't over do it on curls and such. Chest/shoulders/tris- dips, bench(incline, decline, flat) swithc em up, presses are all good mass builders. Don't go crazy on skull crushers and shit liek that either. Concentrate more on the major movements. Legs- Squats(box, hack, pause, zercher(front) ) swithc those up some. Leg presses. Calf raises. Also when u squat squat DEEP (well below parallel).
Thats 1/3 of it. EAT EAT EAT. lots of milk, eggs, meat, carbs and veggis. Don't be afraid of a little fat either(natural peanut butter, nuts, omega 3's, etc.). REST. don't overtrain. U will grow.
G'luck

get ya some bands to take to the woods with ya. maybe a sled with some weight as well. thats all you need to add mass while in the middle of no where. i have a routine written just for sled/band work.

if your allowed to do this by your job, then buy a bench and some plates with a barbell. Youd be surpised how much you could do with just that, but if they dont allow it then pushups and pullups are the way to go. Also maybe start pressing some logs.

your workout is as endless as your imagination. When I was in Iraq in 2003, way before we got any weights, I used 1 inch pipe with 5 gallon water cans on the ends, filled up my duffle bag with sand, bought cement from a local iraqi and made my own weights, put semi truck wheels on the ends of the pipe, anything to get a good workout.
