Never used Steroids need advice

About me: I am a 36 year old male who is 5"10 190 pounds and about 18% body fat. I was lifting weights twice a week and doing bjj twice a week but recently got injured and had multiple disc herniations in my neck.

My neck is not 100 percent but I am lifting and it's better than when I initially hurt it. Am looking to get back to bjj and lift.

I am interested in having more energy (I work full time, have 2 kids) to workout 6-7 times a week. I used to have little more energy when I was young and would like to get it back. Am not looking to be the biggest guy at the beach.

Just want to do steroids to help with recovery, energy, bigger lifts.. etc..

I am only interested in Doing test a low dose probably 200 mg a week. ( I never did steroids in my life) Some questions I have are

1. Can I stay on this dose for the rest of my life and stay healthy? Do not want to cycle.

2. Do I have to take something else with it such as Arimadex or can I take the test alone. Would rather do the test alone.

3. Is 200 MG a sufficient dose?

4. Were can I get Test? Can I get it on the internet and mailed to me? ( If you can't answer please pm me)

5. Is it better to inject or is gel better?

6. Do I need to refrigerate the test. I ask because I don't want my family to know..

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

1. Yes you can, but you keep in mind that you are making the decision to never be able to produce naturally again. You are deciding to be on permanent TRT.

2. You will probably need to take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), but this will mostly be dose dependent.

3. 200 mg is sufficient if your levels are already low. I would get blood work first to see. Private MD - Buy Lab Tests Online It really depends on where you are setting naturally. If you are just looking to replace your natural levels that have been lost with age, then 200 mg a week will do it. If you are trying to do a "cycle", then you 200 is not going to be sufficient.

4. Stick around and you will find the sources you need, or if your natty level is legitimately low, you can get a script for it and it be legal.

5.) Injection is always better. It is more potent and comes with less side effects.

6.) Test does not need to be refrigerated.

Reading the stickies will also help answer some questions. You have come to the right place. Welcome to Ology!

I highly doubt that I would test in the low range for test. I get the feeling that in order to test low for test were you can get a script it has to be so bad that you may not even be able to get a hard on.

Are you saying that if I was on 200 mg test for 2 years straight than I could never get a hard on without it?

Drop your BF% for best results and least sides.

You are a little young to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Imagine being 80 and still sticking after 40 years.

Run a cycle and see........this isn't for everyone.

Go get you test levels tested...you may be surpised and if you can get a legal shot once a month your golden...If you can get a gel script that may be all you need to continue training and get your edge back.

I agree with the earlier post you dont want to be sticking until your 80...try a cycle and see what happens.

That is a good point you make about Body fat. I probably should clean up my diet first.

At what age in your opinion is a good time to do testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)?

How much to do on a cycle and for how long for a novice like myself.

Maybe I will get my levels for test tested for the hell of it. Don't you have to be VERY LOW to get a script from a GP. When I say low I mean you have the test of a 90 year old.

Before you consider doing what is suggested by Justicar work out for yourself how much your T levels will fluctuate on a once per month administration. Like, maybe a factor of five. Have a wild old ride!

There are plenty of people on the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) forum (which is where this thread should be) who are younger than you, conversely there are stacks of 60 year olds with T levels of a healthy 30 year old.

So you need blood work done, ideally more than once - it isn't an exact science.

You can, but you might not need to in order to reach your goals. It sounds like you have lots of room for improvement in your diet. Get your diet and workouts dialed in and then re-assess your needs, goals. Good luck.
