New and Lost: Looking for Simple Direction

Your questions are a little ambiguous. What do you specifically want to know? What are you current stats and what are your goals. This information is a good starting point and then we can guide you from there.

Make it simple, what specific information are you looking for?
Just wondering, why can't you continue TRT with a different doctor? Do you need help finding another one?

Previously prescribed Test Cypionate IMJ. 2.0 mg/10ml bottles, home inj.
Unable to continue due to lack of insurance, so finding another Dr. will be futile. Looking for supplier of Test Cyp, or comp.
My Stats? I guess if you really need to know....
36, 140lbs, goal is to be at 160-165. If you are looking for all kinds of specific test numbers of this or that, I dont have them.

You can buy a 10ml (2000mg) vial of test cup from a pharmacy with a coupon from GoodRx. You just need your old doc to renew your prescription and pay out of pocket. There is a recent post on this in the TRT forum here that will give you more info. Don't let lack of insurance stop you from getting testosterone. It is cheap even if you have to pay the full cost out of pocket. Get the coupon.

So, apparently my "dive in head first and get shit done" attitude, and typical MO, does not, and will not work here in this arena. A quality that has served me well in other areas of life is going to have to take a back seat as I start my journey into the bolic world of weight training. There is soooo much frikkin information on here it gets a little overwhelming to me honestly, so small doses to start I guess. I finally discovered a Sticky and the significance of it. Thank the gods for stickys. I can tell though, that I'm going to be spending a lot of money on paper and printing as I need print out all of the beginner-basics info. I'm a hands on, tangible type of guy and reading on the computer isnt my best way of learning. I need to highlight and make notations as I study. Highlighter doesnt work on the computer screen so much.
I do have a concern with how it is I am going to be able to contribute to this site/forum being a newb. If I have no experience, and quite frankly dont understand half the shit I am reading on here now anyway (i.e. acronyms, gargin, etc.) I'm dont feel as though I am going to have much valuable input to all those who have been around and who have cycled before and know whats up. This in return is going to make it difficult to gain trust and friends, or so I fear. I know I have already done some newbie No-No's, which I have messaged a mod about how to correct or remove such newb fails. Still waiting for the verdict on that one. So I guess all I can do is start with posting things that happen to me along my journey. If there are any other Newbies out there, send me a friend request, please, we can progress through this together and help one another out.

We all started there, knowing very little and feeling a bit overwhelmed. Once you have spent some time absorbing the information here (there is A TON to learn as you've noticed), you will find yourself in a position where you can contribute. Besides, just knowing about AAS isn't really all there is to contributing; there are some life lessons that you can easily share here that may help another person out. Just because the main focus here is anabolic/androgenic steroids, doesn't mean that we don't see our fair share of other topics crop up from time to time.

It sounds like you're looking to go beyond just TRT, which is why you're looking for sources (my guess based on edits) - which will come to you in time. There are many great folks here and I'm sure once you feel comfortable acclimating to the environment here, you'll fit right in and make some friends. :)

In the meantime though, I do strongly recommend what Megatron advised to you and just have your doc fax a script over to a pharmacy and search for online coupons. Goodrx is a great place that I personally use to have a 60% discount on my testosterone from CVS as my insurance sucks balls royally and does not cover it either. You definitely don't want to make life harder than it already is by suffering through low T.

Welcome to 'ology, I'm sure I'll see you around in the threads. :wavey:

My .02c :)

I dont believe its the issue of finding a doctor that would continue it for me, its the cost of the office visits and blood work necessary that are making this an issue.
No insurance = Full Price Everything: Doctors, Labs, Meds. As if it wasnt a costly enough part of my health maintenance with insurance, now without it its become ridiculous.

How will you pay for the meds and labs then? The only thing you cut out by doing it yourself are the doctor visits. And you are probably talking about 1 or 2 visits a year.

Do you have a gym membership that you pay for or a Starbucks habit or something that you could forgo instead to afford the doctor visit for a script?
