New and Never touched Supp or Stero....New to Gym

Today i did Cardio... and i swear i hate it...i can do weights but cardio excersice is the worst of them all.

Yeah cardio is by far the worse but when i do it it tightens me up better then any diet or supplement. Keep it up bro
 
ZODI: just eat right and train hard, you don't have to do cardio.

the most important thign is that you have a PLAN and monday thru sunday you know where you are suppost to be in the gym and what workout you are supposed to be doing.. a lot of people just do random stuff or target muscles they think they want to develop.. really do em all... and stay consistant and within no time you will see results.

i totally agree with you...no more cardio for me i was just thinking about this that if i do cardio now for like lets say a year and then if i get busy with life and get no chance of evening visiting the gym then i will explode due to lack of excercise.thats just my thinking i am not saying that anyone who does it n drops it will explode, So ya thank you all for helping me think what to do and i am really glad that i am on this board. Keep pumping people :)
