just seems like an awful lot of volume for such a small muscle. if it works have at it. doesnt sound like your that guy that just does chest and bi's so have fun. maybe superset them with calves. that would be fun to watch-three guys leaving the gym with swolt up bis and calves,walking all funny-lol.......

I do something similar but I dont dont go down to the bar. Try just doing it Pyramid.
High reps light weight warmup add weight till you cant do but 6. Then drop weight till you can do 12-15. Takes 15 min.
almost 19" is 18 11/16 measured with a GNC tape. I'll get some pics up.
So is the general consesnus that this workout sucks?
As far as being a powerlifter. I suppose right now I am. My 1st comp is next saterday. I'm opening with 345. I did a steam lined wormup yesterday and hit my opener. Then did 385 just for fun.
