New Blood Work help interrupting please

This is blood work on 6 weeks @ 70mg test c and .25 adex E3.5D it was draw fasted on thursday morning before evening injection. Finally my TT is above 700 and E2 is higher. I have a message to 3j about cholesterol. Would like some input on the other high readings.

Other than your liver (ALT and AST), your numbers look good. I recommend taking 1000mg of NAC daily. Should fix this issue pretty quickly.

Cholesterol in total is a little high but your HDL looks amazing. I doubt you have anything to worry about.

TT and E2 look good too.

Bun/Creatinine ratio: drink more water.

Been taking 600mg capsule a day of nac will start taking 2.
