BUN is high 21 on a 6-20 scale
BUN/Creatinine ratio 22 on a 8-19 scale
LDH 297 on a 0-225 scale

Total T was 1204 ng/dl 5 days after injection
Estradiol was 32ng/dl so arimidex is powerful as hell .25 E3D knocked that down from the 90's in a week.

PSA unchanged
Cholesterol 124 Total 81 LDL 33 HDL

All I can think of is I could have been dehydrated as I take a blood pressure pill with a diuretic and fasted 10 hours before having blood work. I didn't drink much that day.

Will retest and have faxed the results to my doctor just wondering the boards experience before spending hours on google. Seeing the doctor tom ;)

That BUN is no big deal, pretty typical for a diet heavy in protein. You might consider reducing your protein intake a bit.
Not sure what LDH is, everything else looks great. Not what I would consider "whack" at all!

Where is the rest of the metabolic panel? Very important...

LDH being high correlates with high BUN. It is important to note that high BUN should not be disregarded. High protein intake (one of the reasons) will elevate strain on the liver and kidneys. Hence elevated lactate dehydrogenase.

Be sure that your doctor emphasizes concern with LDH.

Doubt it's protien I only take in 2200 calories a day give or take 100. I've been getting my bloodwork every two weeks and everytime it has been good this is a all of a sudden change in two weeks, really in 12 days.

The only change has been adding arimidex .25 E3D and the day before this bloodwork I did have 10-14oz of wine coupled with not very much water and a workout in the day.

I didn't post the rest of the panel because they midlevel numbers and all within normal limits.

As my wife says "One blood test is one blood test! Don't drink wine next time and make sure you are hydrated" she feels it was those variables that caused a high number.

I was just seeing if anyone has had those particular markers as high and what the cause was. I'm seeing the DR. tom, but I don't he will say much then let's

Hydration levels will most certainly play a role in creatinine and BUN results. Make sure you drink plenty of water next time. I agree that the amount of elevation isn't necessarily a sign of excessive protein intake or damage but I'd also agree that the rest of your panel requires posting to get a complete picture not just a snapshot.

1200 and change Total T is way too high 5 days after injection...
Your best levels are 48 hours after shot. You were probably up to 1500 ng/dl (at least)
You never told us your dose of T each week
Supraphysiological T levels throw off a lot of stuff.

What Apollon said... What doses of T are you using and are you using any other anabolics? What where your T levels the prior tests? The sudden change in estradiol levels could also contribute to the cholesterol levels being out of whack. There are many blanks that you have not filled us in on....
