that extra few inches makes the lift a lot more difficult. develops hole shot power for you guys who are weak at the bottom on squats and deads. how do you know if you weak at the bottom. if you ass flies up before the bar moves off the floor. then you dump it on your back. film your worklouts and youll see a hole new perspective on things.,
