New Cutting Diet

Hey everyone i am starting a new diet and would love a feedback from you guys please

height : around 177cm 5.10f
weight: 75kg / 165 pound
body type ectomorph / mesomorph (more towards the ectomorph side)
bodyfat: %10
goal: get more ripped and gain abit more muscle

Before i started going gym i was still around %10 bf but i use to weigh 58kg / 128pound so i do carry alot of lean muscle but on a small frame.

8.00am 2whole eggs 4 egg white omelete + 2 slices of brown bread.

12.00pm 200g/7oz fish and veggies

4:30pm 200g/7oz chicken salad with some sort of complex carbs (30g) banana or brown bread

5pm Workout + Cardio

6:30pm PWS 40g protien 60g dextrose 5g creatine + amino acids

8pm 200g/7oz chicken breast + veggies

10pm almonds and some cottage cheese

Instead of working out how much calories i need to maintain my weight and eat less then that it.. i use a different approach since everyone has different metabolism etc. So i start with a diet like this and eat less or more depending on what i wanna do.

I try to avoid taking any sugar even with coffee or tea except for post work (PWS).

and now for the questions!

1. I do my cardio straight after weight session usually 20min interval training, now my question is do i need to take my PWS after weight session or after the cardio?? Currently i sip throughout my cardio session

2. Can I have some complex carbs during my 8pm meal?? or thats a no go?

go to my free diet advice thread and read through everything in post 1..


then come back with your bmr/tdee and macros for this diet.. ill help you out
 
Nope I haven't tried it yet but if it is a good diet plan then do tell me in details about its benefits so that I'll make up my mind to use it..!!!
