New Cycle not for me!

Hey I have a buddy who wanted me to find out if this is a good Idea and When to start this cycle. He is trying to cut, He is about 5'7 178- 15%BF. He has been training for about roughly 4-5 years off and on hes only 24.
He has ran a test cycle before for 10 weeks he said. Thats all the info I have on him.
*Goal* obviously to get BF% down drastically to like 8%.
he wrote down his diet for me....
Meal 1:4 whole eggs scrambled with 3 egg whites, a whole grain bagel w/peanut butter(all natural). 1/2 cup of Oat's and a glass of OJ(8oz)

Meal 2: is post workout shake with Ultra Fuel 3 scoops mixed in total of 47 grams of protein and 100 grams of complex and simple carbs.

Meal 3: Chicken breast and veggies

Meal 4:Sandwhich Turkey,1 tbsp mayo, salami on italian wheat bread with 1 yougurt cup.

Meal 5: chicken breast cut up in a large salad

Meal 6: protein shake(syntha-6).

Cycle:

Week 1-12: Test Prop 150mgs EOD
Week 1-6: 60mgs of Anavar ED
Week 4-8: Clenbuterol 80mcg/T3 25-50mcg's
Week 10-12 Clenbuterol 120mcg/50mcg T3 into PCT
Week 13:PCT
Clomid 200mgs Day1/week1.
Week 13-15:100mgsED
Week 16:50mgs ED
He wanted to throw HCG in the mix but was not sure. Thanks guys Let me know what you think.
 
First cycle I'd cut it down to just Test Prop and take the Anavar and Clen out, see how your body reacts to that.

Also it doesnt look like that diet looks like it is anywhere near enough to gain any muscle! unless your only goal is to cut. head on over to the Diet Forum great guys to straighten that out over there. You sound tiny to me and if you just cut now do you want to end up 160lbs? EAT!
 
I am 6'2 180 and ran only 40mg of var ED for 5 weeks, bench increased 20 pounds squat skyrocketed 35, and body fat went wayyy down. This was my first cycle and had ZERO sides, i would highly recomend the var with a good diet including flax and milk thistle.
