if u do the deca, cut it off at week 7-8
just think, nandrolone is highly suppresive, and after 1 300 mgs shot, 40 days later you will still have 20 mgs left in your body(which might be enough to keep you suppressed and thats not counting all the other weeks of shots)

so if you end the deca at week 12, you can count on having nandrolone in your system for the next 6 weeks, thus extending the time of your cycle, making it harder to rebound from

U might think that is good advice but it's not. This isn't the first time I've seen you give bad advice either. Deca should be ran ATLEAST 10 weeks but even better at 12 weeks. Weeks 6 and 7 are always the best weeks for me when I run deca. After two weeks it stops working but traces can be found in your blood for months after. Stopping deca a week before test is fine for recovery. I stop both at the same time and never have problems with my cock or anything else.

well I think you said you were 5 9 and 160...so basically you dont need to worry about macros bro...you need to eat like a horse!!! Id eat every 2 hours...id try to keep it clean but get atleast 4000cals in a day...I use cheat meals as well so I eat fast food about 4-5 times a week (but im on cycle) and I make sure its nothing less than 1300 cals a meal which is easy with ff. thats kinda what I do when I bulk but im gettin 4500-5k cals right now a day...when you bulk bro you cant be scared of fat..I change my perspective on everything...if i get a lil belly than fuck ya im eatin good!!! I jumped 6% bf on this cycle but I also gained 29lbs in 9 weeks so I cant complain.

I guess it all depends on what your tryin to do..you get 2 choices...bulk or cut...

If you really want to get down to the nitty gritty then start a thread on the diet forum and 3j will piece out a nice diet for ya!
