New cycle, they are on to me haha

I hate cycling off.
So, once a month I meet with a group of people, wear camo, and fire weapons. I did a test 500 cycle for 12 weeks and put on 20 pounds.

Problem is as much as I deny it and try to perswade people that I don't juice they are still on to me and putting on a ton of weight in a short amount of time is no longer an option.

This brings me to an EQ cycle, please feel free to comment, suggest changes or give advice based on experience you have dealing with EQ, thanks!

-Goal, put on 10ish solid pounds over a period of 16 weeks so I can claim natural and still juice.

Stats
Age 22, will be 23 when cycle takes place
Height 5'7
Weight 192
Body fat, 12-14%

Diet will be
3800-4200 calories per day
Protein 300 grams
Carbs 350-400 grams

Test-600mg 1-16
EQ-500mg 1-14
Anavar 40 mg 1-4

AI- LiquiDex .25 EOD

PCT
Novladex 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50
 
I know how you feel brother. I get accused seems like everyday from my co workers. Just keep saying its all about the diet. I'm sure noone eats as much or puts In the hard effort to gain mass . At least not where i work. Best of luck on your cycle
 
Two things to watch out for with EQ:

1) it increases your appetite SIGNIFICANTLY. Even if it is a more mild compound, if you can't control your appetite you will gain weight at a greater rate.

2) it SIGNIFICANTLY increases RBC's and hematocrit. Blood work while on cycle is MANDATORY and you will almost definitely need to donate blood, maybe more than once.

Docd187123- thanks for the advice on donating blood while on cycle. When you say gain weight at a grater rate, are you talking about the effects of test kicking in and putting on a slid 20 pounds or are you saying there shoots the possibility of the EQ not burning all the calories and gaing fat is easy?

I mean EQ is going to increase your appetite and you're going to want to eat more. The more you eat the more weight you'll gain and the more noticeable your increasing mass will be, bc it'll be going up faster. Think of it this way, if your TDEE and diet plan call for you to eat 3000cals, you're going to want to eat 3500 (I picked those numbers at random). If you eat 3500 instead of 3000 cals you'll be gaining weight at a faster rate. I said that bc you said you're concerned about others calling you out for juice. The quicker you gain weight and/or mass the more likely you will be called out for juice again. I'm saying watch you're appetite, stick to your macros and good nutrition plan, and don't feed into the hunger aspect unless you want ppl calling you out again.

Also the 20lbs on a cycle is t really "solid". Much of it is water and you'll get muscle and fat as well. While water weight is technically lean body mass, it is not muscle mass. So you'll gain 20lbs or so on a cycle (may e more maybe less) but those 20lbs aren't all muscle.

Totally agree with doc on the EQ, I love the compound but the appetite is horrendous, I split my intake in 6-7 meals per day and since the EQ started kicking in I swear I feel like I am cutting while actually being in a caloric surplus due to always being hungry. As long as you can control yourself with your eating the cycle looks good. Monitor your intake and stick to the numbers and EQ will make you hard as rock and increase your vascularity and fullness.

^^^ just like Kaz said. Kaz, are you keeping an eye on RBC and hematocrit while on EQ? Be careful e those don't get to dangerous levels my man!
 
I monitor BP daily, blood work is next week and appointment to donate is in 3 weeks. Mind you if blood work is high I'll be getting a therapeutic draw...

Thank you for the advice, I am aiming to start at 3800-4200 calories as that's where I left off with my last cycle at the end. How far are you into your EQ cycle and what have you experienced so far?

The EQ is only starting to kick in as I am in week 5 but my appetite has gone from always feeling full to always being hungry for the last week or so without a change in diet, as far as changes in hardness and vascularity that usually is only noticeable around week 8 or so but looking forward to it. I like EQ as I don't hold half the water retention as on deca plus its a low aromatizing compound so I don't need as much Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to control bloat and bitch tits..

What is your dose? Are you running for 12 or 14 weeks?
 
Fuck it, just tell them you diet right and that you run Pro hormones. You can buy them legally at most Complete Nutrition type stores so you cannot get in trouble for it in the military. I had the same problem overseas and finally i told them i run pro's and they left me the fuck alone. Just have a bottle open so if they do test you because of probable cause you can just pull the open bottle out and say you are run fucking insane amounts of it.

Mom: "Oh, that makes sense. Whatever you're doing, keep it up!"

Point is, people will think whatever they want to think. You can't change their minds, just remember the more information you dish out - the less likely they will believe you. The general public has no idea what AAS use does and how to spot what changes are made more from the drug than just from hard work alone.

Yeah, I really don't care what people think. The thing is, just don't admit it otherwise you will just make yourself more vulnerable. I can't understand why people are so open about it. At the end of the day, it's illegal and I wouldn't want the attention from it. I agree with Doc mentioned as always. Watch your RBC's. Test and EQ was my first cycle. I really enjoyed the vascularity from EQ. I am looking forward to running it again soon. And I will say that EQ made me eat like a horse. Watch those calories because you can eat your way to having 3 chins if you know what I mean. Lol.

I agree with your point that letting on your on something leads people to think your on something greater then you let on. 99% of people buy im natural and leave me alone, There's just that one guy that likes to run his mouth around higher ups and I can't hurt him or show any signs of aggression because then that's "probable cause" and I'll get tested.
