New cycle, would love any input

been working out for 13 years on and off

Have only done one cycle and by buddy that got me started just kept adding this and that throughout the whole deal and i just went for it,(started with winstrol for 4 weeks, then added 250MG of sustanon eod along with winstrol eod. then after 8 weeks i transitioned into test e and deca eod so around 600mg test e and 600mg deca each week for quite awhile, with no down time in between winstrol to test e and deca probably 6 months or so. made great gains and came out nice, but no PCT and no estrogen blockers. other than creatine and his suggestion was just to stay on it like he does. so after bout 7 months i quit, re couped went back to working out with no aas and then got so caught up in work i hardly made it anymore. this was all about 2 years ago.

Time to do it right....
Reading around theres a gray area it seems like as far as starting a cycle with 20% or higher BF due to increased estrogen. Also I have little to no exprience with estrogen blockers or PCT.

what im looking for is to get to 250lb and about 10-15%bf. And ive had great pumps and results from test e and deca(or EQ) stacks.

I know a huge part is in my diet and i will be finding the best diet i can for my goals.

Main concerns are should i do a cutting cycle first to lower my BF before beginning test and deca? if so what would you recomend?

What estrogen blockers are recommended throughout the cycle and how easily can i get them?

What PCT works best? i heard clomid and nolva stacked together?

Im ready to hit it hard and do what it takes but would feel much better with the knowledge going into it.

is it possible to go from a winstrol cycle straight into test-e deca stack with no PCT on the winstrol cycle?
 
I would get your diet and training down first and lose some bf. Higher bf% can lead to some health problems. Also, I would definitely recommend a blood test to see where your natural test levels are after that ill advised cycle and no post cycle therapy (pct). Good luck
 
i did get a blood test last month before i turned 26 because insurance ran out, and everything came back within range, so everythings recovered well as far as that. now i just need to get the RIGHT info on for this next cycle and do it right. thank you
 
he gave you the right info, get your bf down by 5-6% atleast, some will say even more. if not you increase chances of sides like gyno or high bp
 
If you cant get to 15%bf naturally what makes you think aas will. Your diet needs to be dialed in 1st bro you`ll thank us later

I agree, and by the time i get down to 15% my workout routine should be set in place as well. So first goal is to get to 15% before any aas, so what recommendations for anti E and PCT?

also if im stacking both test and deca should i pin seperately? or together?
 
anti e I prefer aromasin 6.25mg eod for the first 2 weeks of cycle then 12.5mg ed until the day before pct
pct should be clomid 50/50/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20

u will also need some caber/prami and yes you can pin together in the same syringe

Mustang i will get the paperwork from my doctor on monday and post the blood work, also i dont think they did test blood work though because im young, ive asked them too before but they say they need a reason to order the test, and i dont want to tell them the real reason lol. any ideas? again im 26

also i have a scale from walmart was like $40 claims to measure weight, BF% BMI and Water, how accurate are they for the body fat measurement? is there something else i should be using to measure my bf?
 
scales are not accurate for measureing bf. a local gym may have some caliper and you can do a 5 or 7 point pinch test, but don't listen to the scales. an for asking for the blood work, just say your trying out some new test booster or something and you want to see if its actually working.
 
ok update, Im getting closer to my 15% bf currently at 16.9% as of today(222lbs). found out those scales are wayyy off for BF% anyways.

current diet is

-5 eggs(4 just whites and 1 with yoke) for breakfast

-protein shake with fat free milk few hours later

-2 grilled chicken breasts plain or 98% fat free ground turkey patty plain for lunch

-protein shake with fat free milk few hours later

-Pre workout 1 scoop NOXplode

-chicken break or turkey patty after workout

-Casein protein shake before bed.

(^^^ pointers or critiques welcome on diet info as well :D^^^^)


workouts have been going great, cardio is improving alot along with strength, currently doing 5 day a week weight trainging and cardio and 2 day cardio only

will post pics of before cycle soon

was wondering if there is any truth to this.... Pinning in specific areas makes that specific area grow faster. say i pin my delts, would that make them grow faster then if i was pinning in my quads? im not talking about synthol or anything like that, just test/deca stack.:Playboy:
 
Replace 1 or both shakes with real food. Chicken, lean turkey, fish something like that. If you're not taking in carbs, you need to increase your fats a bit. Pb, or something healthy like that. I don't want to give out too much info because you could go with 3j and achieve the results you want. Definitely worth the money
 
You lost all that body fat already, or were the scales off that much?

Also agree with metalhead, sounds like too many shakes...

I know that this is not technically his first cycle but since his first cycle was crap wouldn't be in his best interest to run a Test E only cycle first to see how his body reacts and add in other gear on future cycles?

yea the scale was pretty far off. i was surprised too, but it made my day :)

should i cut the shakes back to just 2 a day?

thats a good question, hopefully i can get more input on that.

when i first started my body did great things on just testE and winnie, then i went straight test, still more improvments, but when i added in deca to my test, my strength and pumps went through the roof. my body handled them all fine, even though i didnt have any anti E the whole time either, and was running about 600/600 test deca a week side effects where not noticable, other then the amazing gains :D
 
Close to starting cycle, but i dont have my aromasin or any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for a few weeks. I never had a problem with it last time, never took anything and was stacking test/deca 750 each a week. would it be alright to start cycle without any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) as i have been fine in the past? or should i wait? also the reason why i have to wait is because of drive time.... does anyone know what is needed to get a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) script?
