Heres my new diet how does it look? My main aim is to drop body fat and try uncover that six pack
H. 5,10'
W. 210lbs
BF. In the range of 17-mabey more not great at measuring

08:00 8 egg omlette 2 whole 6 whites with red onion n herbs wholemeal bagel

09:30 Cardio 20min cycle to gym

10:00 Workout

11:30 Cardio 20min cycle home

12:00 2 x Chicken breasts with 2 slices of wholmeal bread and salad

15:00 1 can of Tuna with red onion, sweetcorn and light mayo

18:00 Steak, Chicken or Fish with steamed Veg, broc, carrots, peas etc.

23:00 Cardio 10min jog

Any Feedback, would be helpful.

Looks solid to me. You could probably axe the sweetcorn and carrots (added sugars) and the 10 min cardio at 11pm but if not I think you will still have success. Be sure to spice things up a little are vary the cooking style... it will keep you from getting bored w/the plan.
It's a pretty strict diet so if you start to get discouraged or "starved" make sure to add in that 1 cheat meal a week. That helps keep you on track for the long haul.
Also, work those abs/obliq hard!! Once the fat starts to melt you are gonna want those muscles to have that ridged/rippled look ;)
What supp's are you taking??? Oh, and good luck.. keep us informed.
 
At the moment im takin creatin, aminos and whey. fucked my knee a while back n had to have an op so when i get the go ahead off my doc i'll be runnin a test-e/ cyp cycle but thats probs gonna be next year now.
