Hey,
I have questions and no one else to ask so im hopin you guys can help me out.
I lifted on and off throughout highschool then quit then around 22 i picked it back up with a vengance, ive been lifting now for about 3 years. I like to do things slowly and correctly so The first 6 months was just good nutrition, protien, and vitamins. since then ive been cycling pre wo's, weight gainers, creatine, etc. I'm in pretty good shape now, but i have always been a hardgainer, im 5'9 175lbs around 12% right now, it feels like the 9-10 months ive been fighting a plateau, ive done it all to break through, 4000+ calories, differant workouts, supps, personel trainers but just dont put much muscle on anymore. and am starting to loose my motivation, so the last few months ive been contimplating and reresearching trying something new. my questions are:

1. Do you guys think i'm ready or is there something else i should be trying first?

2. not trying to ask for sources but are those online gear stores legit? Too me they seem shady as hell but even on this forum it seems like ppl talk about how certain one are the real deal.

3. I'd love to put on about 15-20lbs. ive researched the heck out of this and am torn between a straight test cycle or maybe a dbol/test cycle with a post cycle therapy (pct) that ill get help with later. But honestly I dont wanna keep going back on the stuff, if done correctly will i be able to bust thru my plateau and keep my gains if i were not to go back on?

Thanks for any help and guidance.

First off I noticed you didn't mention rest! Second you mentioned motivation. to huge causes of a plateau.

What has your workout routine been?

I would be intrested in these before suggesting aas. Reason being if you don't have adiquit rest or are possibly over training. I would say correct these first if they are a problem.

Seems to me you lost motivation for what ever reason and are possibly looking at aas as the cure?

To reply in the last few years ive gotten my diet, training, and rest whipped into pretty good shape. I would say 80 percent of the time sticking close to my calorie diet, and 80% of the time i eat healthy/organic foods. i get 7-8 hrs of sleep everynight. I've had pretty good gains espicially the first 2 years and im in decent shape, i just cant put on the sheer size that i'd like and my strength isnt steadly climbing anymore like it used to.
Ive been researching aas for awhile and i feel i'd like to try it and could benifiet from it, i just would like the opinions of people who have experiance with it first.

For your diet its not about total kcals it can also be time and type. Some people are sensitive to specific diets they do well on some and not so well on others,
Also Rest can be a big contributing factor Every 12 weeks I take one to two weeks off no gym and no diet. 12 weeks seems to work well for me but once again everyone can be a little different.
Hydration can also play allot into gains not enough water and you wont see any results.

That being said I understand the loss of motivation when you are not seeing the results you want to achieve

With AAS your diet has to be in check no amount off aas will help unless you have a great diet, I would suggest looking up 3J here
As for the aas ultimately you are the only one that can decide weather you are ready or not.
Read this sticky:

As for a first cycle keep it simple see how your body reacts the general recommendation is test cyp/eth for 400mg - 600mg/week
Aromoasin 12.5mg/ed
