New Here! About to run first AAS cycle.. need input.

Alright guys so I have been lifting 7 months now, never touched a weight before that. Gone from about 6ft 175 when I started lifting to 205 now. I ran a halo/dermacrine cycle and am on post cycle therapy (pct) now 4th week.

I did all of my research prior so everything has run smoothly. I know some say to be more experienced before running a ph cycle. My routine and diet are in check. I am very determined. Rarely have cheat meals and have yet to miss a workout and do not plan on it.

Went from 188 to 208 on my first cycle with little to no fat gain. Have only lost 2-3lbs in post cycle therapy (pct).

I am planning on running
Test E week 1-15 @ 500mg
Dbol week 1-5 @ 50mg
Anavar week 10-16 @50mg
post cycle therapy (pct): week 17.5-21.5


My goals- I would love to reach 220lbs after this cycle and be as lean if not leaner.


I have been talking with JB from Pinnacle Labs (Heard great things) and he helped me put together that cycle. How does it look to you guys?

You really should maximize your natural gains first. And you really shouldnt do a cycle after working out for 7 months. But if your dead set on it and gonna do it anyways id say either drop the d-bol cause its only your first cycle or do it for 4wks max. Also what is you post cycle therapy (pct) consist of? But you look man keep up the hard work
 
I would USE CLOMID too!

So:
nolva 40/40/20/20/10/10
Clomid: 50/50/50/50

With the right diet could this cycle get me to 220lbs 9%?

What I was going to do was bulk through week 9 and cut once anavar kicks (week 10)in to shed off the fat. Then bump calories back up during PCT.

Or should i bulk all the way through?
 
Cycle looks good , but if you just finished a cycle , its not recommended that you cycle again for about another 3 months or so. Time on = time off . Most people belive it id very possible to put on 10-20lb of muscle their first cycle , so to achieve what u r trying to do sounds possible . Id say play it by ear , see where you are at around week 9 and see if you want to continue bulking or cut then according to what you have gained and see. id also recommend an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) so that you can accurately assess water weight and know where u realy stand with muscle weight

Ya I do not plan to run this cycle until the middle of March. Just want to have everything in place. Definitely going to run adex. What should I run that at and should I do it all cycle?

For the first cycle should i just look into running only test e? Then next cycle throw in orals? Or just go ahead and run orals now. Either way I only plan on running one more cycle with orals. After that it will be only test.
 
I dont know man , its realy up to you , dbol is a good bump in strenght while you are waiting for test to kick in , you can try the bdol but its usually recommended that u run just test first time around . dbol causes alot of water weight and estro conversion and alot claim gyno from it . But if u run adex , run it at .25 - .5 a day , dpeneding on your sides . yo can wait a couple of weeks before sides start to show before starting adex , then as soon as u begin seeing sides , start running the adex like that . the lower the dose u use to subside the sides , the better , so if u can do it with .25 , go for it . if u feel safer , than run it from the beginning , run it until end of cycle , not in pct , so if its test e , because the ester lasts 2 weeks , u can run it for 2 weeks after ur last test shot , then stop for pct

One other question.

Since I am running dbol week 1-4, test week 1-15, Anavar week 10-16 I was going to bulk week 1-9 and cut 10-16 once I start Anavar (var). Then bump cal back up for PCT. Would that be okay or should I just bulk the entire time?? I want to come out as lean or leaner with more mass!
