Hey people I'm a 37yr old female 5'3 127lbs.I worked out in the past but recently started hitting the gym hard the last month. On a good diet, hit the gym 3-4x a week. Looking to drop fat and let the muscles shine through. Any ladies here have some good advice? Thanks.
