I'm 47 was in good shape in 2010 at 5'6" and 170lb felt awesome any way over the years I quit working out and now I'm a fat ass at 225lb. I'm going back to gym to get back in shape. Never done roids. This will be my first time. I'm looking for some help laying everything out on what I need to get for a 14 week work out. I have some Sustanon 350 right now. And reading every thing I can on it. I see I need blockers and other things. All help would be appreciated. My goal is to drop back to 170 and lose the fat and build muscle not bulk. Thank for any advice on how to go about this. By the way I'm not a fan of needles but sick of all this fat I accumulated. I'm starting my diet Feb first as going back to gym. Just asking what to do and how before I do it. Thank you tony
