I have been training for 1 year now. Mu diet is very clean. I am on high protein and low carbs. 2000 calories a day. Looking to lose weight in my stomach area. Seems to be where my body stores ALL its fat. I was 280 lbs when i starting training, now i am down to 235. I am running test cyp 200mg 2x a week.
