Hey guys, I'm new here and getting ready for my first cycle.

I have been working out for 3 years and this are my stats:

Age: 34 yo
Height: 5'11
Weight: 224 lbs
Arms 16.5
Legs 24
Chest 44
Body Fat 22%

Week days 6 meals/day (including 3 protein shakes) + animal pak + fish oil.

This is what I'm thinking of doing:

Weeks 1-10:
500mg Sustanon250/week
Anti-e: During cycle
PCT: Clomid/Nolvadex

I workout 5x/week, cardio 20 min/day.

I have 22% BF so my concerns are if I'm too overweight to do this cycle, what do you think?

Thanks!

Along the lines of what banzi said

If you've been training for 3 years, your diet is wayyyyyy off if you're still at 22% BF. 15% is easy to accidentally get to, 10-12% with a decent diet is very achievable.

Definitely try to lower your body fat before cycling. While you're doing that just stick around and read, read, read. Instead of sustanon, run test e or c since the sustanon has all the different esters that stick around for different times. Also might want to run it for 12 weeks. If you're having trouble cutting the body fat, hit up 3J for a custom diet plan. He's great to work with.

First cycle should be test E, stay away from sustanon. No need for 3 protein shakes a day, eat more real food.. and to burn fat, do cardio for 50 - 60 min.. 20 min is not enough unless you are doing high intensity...

Did you know??? That in the US 5'11 224lbs is considered obese? Crazy

The US has waaay stricter standards for obesity than most other countries, which is why everyone thinks we are all fat lol.
