New Injection Site help

I've been injecting quads, and the past 3 times hit nerves, or on the way out hit a blood vessel or something, it's been really painful

I planned on trying delts, since when I go to the doctors and w/e that's where they inject medicine anyways, where would you guys suggest? I don't want to hit nerves much more D:, I only really did quads because I could use 2 hands, I was just scared to try somewhere other then quads, but I'm use to the needle going in, so it should still be easy

just go with delts or glutes then.

I only do glutes man- biggest muscle we got, less nerves. ( lower nerve/space ratio imo)

alright, is the injection with 1 hand on delts hard? are they painful at all? the needle going in never hurt at all, just when i hit something in my quads D:, ohohoh i just seen that, hmm I might give that a try then,, Maybe sticking all 1 inch of the needle in was just too much, idk

1inch pin is fine for delts. If you go glutes you should use 1.5" long.

glutes never hurt. for delts if you use a 25ga pin or smaller it wont hurt either.

I had the same problem with quads. Delts are 100 times better for me. Pecs are nice too cause they are in front. Also Ventro glute I like.

it went in and out with no pain, delts are so much easier then quads, fuck should of listened to you guys

yeah, 12 hours later my delts really sore, but it was first time pinning it, injection was at least smooth as hell, fuck quads (other than me not being able to reach the actual syringe lmfao) so hard to reach ova!

Slow.

I try to sit very very still and inject it as slow as possible and not let the needle reposition. I also aspirate everytime the needle moves
