Hey people, been on this Forum for a while now. Just reading Threads, and Noob info. I have to say, I've really learned alot. This Forum is really like no other.
I'm 24, 5'11'' and I weighed 203 pnds, 6 months (Chunky, No Muscle)
I was always 182, very athletic lean body.
I had been sitting for 1 year, I broke my scaphoid bone in BOTH wrists. I had to have surgery, because casting stage, and bone stimulating stage had no progress. During this period I wasn't active at all!
Next thing you know, I didn't have the cut athletic body I once had.
( I'm a Soccer player, very consistent.)
I live in NY, and I've been working out for the 6 months now, and I see great results.
My father, friends, and brother all have been working out for 3-10 years with great results. No one is on any AAS.
I work out M-F from 4pm to 6/7pm.
Before my work out I take Nitrox II and 1.M.R.
Intra I take Modern BCAA 15mg.
And post I take Myozene or Dark Matter.
I was taking Yohimbine HCL 15mg, Half before W/O - Half before Cardio.
My breakfast consists of a Turkey Bacon/ Egg/Cheese sandwich on whole-wheat toast.
I try to eat 5 egg whites too, but have fell off.
Lunch I have a chicken cutlet sandwich with about 5 pieces, also lettuce and tomato on Wholewheat.
Then I'm at the gym (I'll get back to my work out)
Post W/O I have a 6" Subways Sandwich.
I get home and eventually eat dinner, usually chicken cutlets again.
Rice, veggies.
Before I got to sleep, I eat some Cereal.
That's my M-F schedule, during my work out I usually do-
Monday- Chest, Triceps, (15 min Light Cardio) Heavy Stomach W/O at the end.
Tuesday- Back, Traps, Biceps.
Wed- Shoulders, Chest. (15 min Light Cardio) Heavy Stomach W/O at the end.
Thursday- Legs, I also am a very active Soccer player, so I'm very strong and built in this area.
Friday- Biceps, Triceps, Traps (15 min Light Cardio) Heavy Stomach W/O at the end.
Sometime a "random" Saturday if I have time.
I Have soccer games at least 2x a week.
I don't know if what I'm doing is great or absolutely terrible.
I don't know if my diet is on point, or if I'm eating to little/much.
I also had a trainer at the gym tell me, that if I'm going to work out so much.
I should take a carb bar, or put some "carb powder" in my Intra W/O Supp.
I haven't though. Ideas? Opinion?
I'm very dedicated.
So I figured I could get a better idea on here. I must say, if it wasn't for everything I've read in this forum I'd prob have already had made many painful mistakes.
I actually had a people offer me some AAS and advice, they where also juicing.
Sick bodies of course! I was all in, luckily i decided to do some research first.
Thanks to Steroidology, I haven't don't any yet. I'm sure i will one day, but I don't meet "you" guidelines yet.
Purpose of this extremely long annoying post, was to say HELLO, THANK YOU to all who take the time to post really useful threads, and see if i could get a little advice.
