Hey all. Total noob here so go easy on me. Reading a lot on these forums and appreciate all that contribute. Just got my latest bloodwork back. Need help with a plan to address Estradiol levels etc.

1. LH/FSH are too low. I know I need to get the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) ***8230;.Soon.

2. Estradiol High - I have (but have not yet taken) 20mg Novaldex (Tamoxifen) and 25mg Aromasin . I have read the Aromasin is a better choice. HOWEVER, the dosage I purchased is 25MG and I have read for my levels I should be taking about .25 (read POINT TWO FIVE milligrams) not 25MG.

3. If this is true then I don***8217;t know what to do with such a high dosage. I***8217;m wondering if I can grind up one of the pills, mix with 500ml of water and then take 1ml orally to get the .25 (assuming my math is correct).

4. Should I just use the NAVALDEX instead?

5. Any other thoughts on my bloodwork.

If you are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) your LH and FSH are going to shut down. That's normal and expected. So they aren't "too low" as you say.

Which estradiol assay did you get -- regular or sensitive? Your estradiol is probably about perfect if it was the regular assay. Even if you got sensitive it isn't that out of whack. Some guys will say they feel best when it is between 20-30. I run with it around 40 (regular assay) which means it is probably in the low 30's on the sensitive assay. I feel good like that. If mine gets too low I start to get joint pain and I feel tired.

Are you experiencing any symptoms from high estradiol?

It helps to include the reference ranges with your lab results. Every lab is different.
