Hey all,
I'm a rookie - fairly new to the gym, been going 6 days a week for 3 months now. Just started test E last week. 500mg per week. One doses of 250mg on Monday and Thursday. Starting Deca in a couple weeks. I'm wide open to suggestions of supplements, reliable advice. Tired of being the skinny dad. Wanting to be the dad that nobody wants to come close to my daughters in fear of me !
