Ok so I'm 21 and I've been working out for about four years on and off, I've been on for about 6 months now and been taking supplements over the counter, like pre workout and post work out. I've gained strength and some mass, I weigh about 205 and 5'9 I have fat that I want to get rid of so I can see more muscle instead of just looking bulky, but don't want to loose a lot of strength. So if y'all have any suggestions on what would be best to take, or diets, that will be great.

For starters, keep carb intake on watch, basically take a moderate amount of carbs for your preworkout meal and then a low amount of carbs or BCAA's post workout. Abs are made in the kitchen bro. Keeping your hormones optimmized with a high protein intake will allow you to keep most of your strength post your diet and supplementation bro.

Thanks for the info, so is there any supplements I can take that you recommend?

Definitely Need2Slin because of its abilities to store glycogen while exporting glcuose which results in muscle fullness along fat loss. HCGenerate and Test Factor will yield LBM gains but may increase hunger dramatically.
