Hi members, needless to say im about fed up with my body and how it looks. I was in a lot better shape wen i was 23 . Now i am 40 and more laid back, the weight has took it form, and so has my girl attitude. She starts to look muscles more than me, im no punk but find it hard to stay with the pain lifting, so im here to get myself together fast with whatever i need and need to do. I weight 260 flabby and i am 6'1. just want some advice on getting my weight together and building mass. I have not clue where to start,.. thanks .... willing to send pics to anyone wanting to help me, i want to be proud to be a success story
