Hi, I am new to the board, but by no means new to training, dieting and gear use.
I have been actively bodybuilding for 5 years now and have made some awesome progress from 6ft at 140lbs to a lean 200lbs. I have been heavier but my recent cut brought me back down to 200 and I am very happy with that.
Last cycle consisted of 8 weeks crius labs test prop 100mg eod and 60mg crius labs winstrol ed for the last 4 weeks. Just now running my PCT of Nolva and Clomid, and I ran Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) throughout at 1000iu's a week with adex at 0.5mg eod. Went from around 16% or more down to below 10%.
So thats me, I've come here to continue my learning process and hopefully contribute to the board to share some of my limited experience.
