I just joined the forum, and need some help. I've heard some good things about Anavar and Clenbuterol, and I am not sure what to try and when. I have already learned good begginner cycles, etc. Right now I am 21 years old 5'4'' 140lbs (not sure of % bodyfat). I am an aspiring Professional Wrestler. I have a very clean diet, and I workout daily Cardio 4 days/lifting 3. I've seen a change in my body but it seem the majority of my bodyfat is in my stomach, love handles and back. Those seem to be stubborn area's for me that do not want to change. I dont mind being heavier on the scale because I know muscle weighs more than fat. Do you think Anavar is the answer for me? Will it help me with those stubborn area's? Any comments or reccomendations would be great.
Thanks,
Jessica

hey there! there's some awesome advice for you here, welcome to 'ology! You didnt mention whether you have taken a fat-burner or not? i would definitely try that before you take clen...anavar is very good for strength and has low side effects, but again, are you supplementing already with protein/glutamine/creatine? you should do everything possible before trying drugs. one more- when you say "eating clean", that means nothing. you can eat totally clean and still not lose weight- because to lose weight you need to create a deficit in calories PM me or especially SuperGirl; she's a moderator and i've gone to her myself for questions! i'd be happy to discuss your diet. good luck!!

I was originally on a Low carb diet, but have now changed it a little adding some carbs. I got my diet from a friend who is a fitness model, It includes a lot of protein and protein shakes. I was also told that I was not eating enough and with the two exta times per day that I eat I feel as if I burn more fat. She helped me make a meal plan and I think it has been working great. I have tried fat burners and supplements but feel that they do not give me the results in the right places. I have done some research on Anavar and read a lot of reviews from females taking it(and seen pictures), and they all seem to look and feel spectalcular. I am willing to start slow, I want to do it the safest possible way. But do you think Anavar will be helpful with my "problem" area's?
Thanks so much for your quick reply!

I would advise you to change up your diet and your training to achieve the results you're looking for....

go to www.fitday.com and input everything you eat for 3-4 days to get a very good look at your caloric intake and your carb/protien/fat intake actually i s....

more then likely we need to clean up your diet, increase your protien intake, decrease and clean up your carb intake and adjust your training...heavier weights/lower rep sets....

I am a new memeber and I just had some questions, about the stuff called NutriVet!
Can anyone give me some info on it? Like side affects of it, does it really work? Can it be harmful in the long run?

Hey StormyJ. welcome to steroidology!!! Anavar will help you hold on to your muscle and make you harder while you diet down. I think you should try clen before you try anavar. Anavar is not a fat burner. Goodluck!!!

I would definetly recommend posting your diet. consistency is everything!! pick one diet and stick to it for at least 8-12weeks. you slow your results down when you are inand out of diets!! I personally take two weeks on two weeks off clen. i go as high as 6 pills. thats the max i do not RECOMMEND STARTING THAST HIGH if you never took it before!! start slowly and increase to 4 as your max. you are shorter than me!! im 5 7 145lbs. what i do is two weeks on clen then the next two weeks i take tight. (fat burner) then alternate that!! its working good. I would wait on the anavar till you lose some body fat. also i have never taken t3 but i hear that is an awesome combo clen and t3. feel free to comment anyone one clen and t3?? because i have yet to take it but will be soon!!I have taken clen and cynomel and i lost 18 lbs!! about a year ago.
