Whats up forum? I've been lurking around this forum for a good 3 years and finally decided to join lol, nearing towards the end of my first ever cycle and have become really confused about preparing for my 2nd.
Ive been doing a lot of reading, and figured i would run straight test E for my next cycle. As for tren im very very tempted to run that beast next, but im not sure whether i should hold off until further down the line? Advice would be highly appreciated on that! However, if i was to run it what im confused about is whether i will be able to bulk on it or is this primarily a cutting compound? Im looking to add lean muscle for my next cycle and not necessarily bulk so if i did decide to run it i was thinking alongside test E to throw in some tren ace just to see how my body reacts to it and to be on the safe side, if all goes well i will run tren E for 8 weeks and some winny. Again would appreciate advice on this.
As for my current cycle it could not have gone better, i had time to train hard 5 days a week and eat around 4000 - 4500 cals a day, anymore than this i noticed would add fat so i restricted it to that. I gained a good 30 pounds so far which i am very satisfied with - (this was just off the tri test, some prop during the first 4 weeks of cycle and i ran dbol from weeks 8-10 to try and prevent a plateau in gains). Didnt run any deca as i did not want the extra water retention and bloat. Overall i added a lot of size and got even leaner so my whole body comp changed dramatically

Current weight - 205 lbs
Training for 3 years (i know i wasn't at peak genetic potential before anyone mentions that, it was my choice to cycle.)

current body fat 12%
