Great to have a guy who has taught. A lot of guys know how their body work but might not be the best at giving advise. So to get someone who has trained multiple people is a blessing. Please keep active and share your wisdom with us!

SO yes you came to a good forum if not the best. I worked several Forum before O'logy. It's a good place and they monitor the forums so no one gets too far out of line. Many experienced members here and we all like to learn more. Dig in and share some experience we all might like to hear.
