yeah it tastes ok, but gets shit after a few weeks... also high in splenda and calories. over rated.
It's mostly Whey Concentrate that's why you get the shits.
Buy an Isolate. It costs a little more money but it is a higher quality product.

what is the difference in quality or just the difference between whey isolate and whey concentrate?

are you being serious or sarcastic? i know 100% milk will add good layer of fat, milk is fulll of essential vits, i only drink skim on bulking phase
sarcastic. the idea that you cant eat or drink certain foods while losing weight and that everything must be "clean" is nonsense.
can full fat milk "add a good layer of fat". yea, sure, depending on overall calorie intake. you can also get lean while drinking full fat milk. assuming calories are in check.
yea, but i've heard something in the milk, lactose or sugars can make some people hold a little water under the skin?
i don't drink milk anymore cuz i only buy foods that last 2+ weeks w/out spoiling.
The cheap Body fortress protein i buy from walmart goes down fine and has zero digestive enzymes in it. Just sayin.
