New Optimum Whey

ON whey is garbage if you ask me. They load it up with digestive enzymes and yet it still doesnt digest right. I get terrible gas from it. Im not the only one either, there are scads of threads relating to this on boards all across the internets. The only thing ON has going for it is taste. The cheap Body fortress protein i buy from walmart goes down fine and has zero digestive enzymes in it. Just sayin.

I'll ditto you on the body fortress. I've tried their products and they are very solid for the price. I actually used their whey for like 8 months straight. Taste is pretty blah and basic and get's very old quick but it does the job and for a nominal fee. I'm a little burnt out on their basic flavors for now but might go back down the road.

It's mostly Whey Concentrate that's why you get the shits.

Buy an Isolate. It costs a little more money but it is a higher quality product.

Easto,
Actually it's predominantly WPI (a combination of Ion Exchange and Cross-Flow), along with hydrolyzed whey peptides and some concentrate to keep a high level microfractions.
Maybe you ar thinking about Classic Whey which is our price driven why that is mostly WPC?

meh. if that were the case, the ingredient label would read "whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate", it would not be a proprietary blend.

Suareezay,
Not sure what label you are looking at but there is no proprietary blend on our 100% Whey Gold Standard.

Check under the Nutrition Facts panel and you will see the first ingredient under Ingredients is Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolates, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Peptides).
