Solidmuscle is attempting to resolve issue now. The individual whom I spoke to via e-mail is handling this in a most professional way, actually going above and beyond what is required. I understand accidents happen and perhaps I jumped the gun by posting.
Solidmuscle "rep": Perhaps in the future, simply letting someone know to PM you would have been a more professional response than coming on here and trying to discredit a very legitimate issue. The website says nothing of coming to this board and "PM"-ing you for issues. I am not up on forum etiquette or protocol if this is common knowledge either.
