New Skinny Guy Routine

Everyone I know that was once "overweight", has been able to put on muscle like crazy, I know this because their muscle fascia is already stretched out by the fat BEFORE they start to workout. I am currently trying a new routine I made up where you eat a shitload for a month without touching any weights, then get back in and do nothing but heavy sets/low reps. I've seen extreemly good results (20lbs) from this routine, and it happened in under 8 weeks.

This is my second week off from the gym and my diet looks something like this:

Eating ever 1 1/2 hours, eating EVERYTHING in site, including cookies and cake (yummm). Before bed, I drink a shake that has close to or more than a thousand calories, and I am being lazy as crap. Athough, once a week (just once) I am throwing in a 45 minute set of deadlifts/Squats with heavy weights. Doing just legs for a couple months was the best thing I could have ever done for my body.

Ohh, and if you wondering where I got this crazy idea at, it's because I can't use my shoulder for another month or so due to an injury. I'm sure some of you wont agree with this routine, but it works for my metabolism and thats all that matters.
