Hi all,started going gym 1st of july 2013,started at 170 pounds 6"foot went up to 210 pounds on bulk,I turned my phone off for a year,ate 8 times a day and was only in gym and nothing else was on my mind,now im around 200 pounds with 14-15 % body fat,havent been in gym for about 2 months becasue of work but now i have left the job so im back in gym,i have lost good bit of strength and a bit of muscle,but thats not the point.
I want to try some easy cycle,maybe anavar? I herd its nothing crazy,i dont want to look like arnold or any of those guys on stage,what i like is more like Marc Fitt,Greg Plitt,Zyzz etc,I am willing to train my ass of and diet natural way un till my genetic limits but i want to just try something for short term a very mild one too,just to help with the cut and gain some strength and few pounds just to see how it all feels,and also it can be something that takes time, i dont need gains in a week time or month. I am really considering Anavar,or maybe there is something better for my goals ?
