Hey all. I'm new to the forums and I would like to get help and also see if I can contribute in some way as well.

I am 31 years old and I've been on trt for about 7 weeks . My initial blood work showed that my total test was 219 and my free test was 5.9

The doc prescribed me 2x a week hcg 500
Test cyp .8 cc a week =160mgs
And anastrazole 1 pill twice a week

I just went I. And got some blood work done and they are saying my total test is 1156h and my free test is 337h. Does this sound right. Such a huge jump in test levels from 160mgs a week. I don't feel any different from when I started

Sounds like your E2 is low. This is usually the biggest mistake guys make when starting TRT initially.

1mg was too much to start with. We actually prefer having it on hand, but not starting it right away.

How many days after last injection were these labs taken?

I agree with IMT, your E2 is going to be way too low if you're taking that much Anastrozole. That's probably the main reason that you don't feel any better.

It also looks like a different assay was used to measure your free T, or its a different unit of measurement, so you can't accurately compare the 5.9 to the 337.

Yes his High Free T is also a strong indicator that his E2 is low. The have a direct relationship through SHBG.

My ultra sensitive estradiol was 30 h... The reference range is from 0-29. What does h mean ? I'm use to seeing ndl

Also is my first test levels of 219 to new test levels of 1156 a common increase just by taking 160mgs a week?

That varies from person to person unfortunately. It takes me a little over 250mg to get those results. The "h" means "high" or out of "normal" range.

Have you tested your E2 levels? Anastrazole is only needed if they are high.

My dosage was 100mg every 5 days which 140mg a week and in 6 weeks I went from 300 ng/dl to 1100 ng/dl. My E2 was 29 pg/ml after 6 weeks and I have never used Anastrazole. As long as your E2 is under the 40 pg/ml there is no need for Anastrazole and above 40, a dosage of 0,25mg every 3 days should be enough.

Your old level of 219 has no bearing anymore. Yes - it is completely possible to have TT of 1156 on 160mgs of test a week. Don't forget the HCG... HCG alone, at the doses you are taking, can potentially add hundreds of points to TT. On your doses, I probably be nearing 1500+.

your E is not low though, surprised by that.

I actuAlly haven't been taking the ai. After doing some research I thought I would hold off on it until I experienced any side effects.

The I doctor from the trt company just reduced my test dosage from 160mgs a week to 150mgs a week. They want me to continue hcg and anastrazole as is.

I told the. That I still feel exactly the same and they said by week 10 I should start seeing a change.

Thank you all for your input. I do really appreciate it.

From your experience did trt clinics ever offer nandrolone or test prop
