New to site, Army infantrymen's 4th cycle, please help brothas!!!

I bought a rice cooker for my brown rice and take as many chicken breast as I can every time I go into a chow hall. its very possible in garrison or in country

Idk what they will Allow but what about a gorge Forman grill? Worked for me wile I was working out of town.

You aren't allowed to have one but that's what I had. Eating in the bricks is do able you just gotta be smart. Tren and cardio for the Army is fine be real here.

hey guys, alot of you mentioned tren not being too great with cardio, what do you guys think about subbing the tren out for masteron? can i still be attain similar gains?

Mast is awesome but it isn't tren. What are your actual cardio requirements? I'm gathering more and more the american infantry isn't as similar to ours as I'd thought

Exactly what I was thinking when I made my first post.. but if you look at the new proposed entry physicals, No beep test, reduced muscular strength and endurance testing.. were heading that way.

I say do away with the tren and hit up Tbol with a nandrolone/test

Long distance running is still part of the American Infantryman's diet, but we do more stress shoots and road marching than in years past. Guess what happens in firefights? Sprinting; not 5 mile runs, and guess who makes it up the hill to engage Al Qaeda or Taliban gunners hiding behind rocks at 9,000 feet? The meatheads who lift AND run, who can carry 200+ pounds plus the 75+ pounds of gear and ammo. I didn't cycle when I was in, but I was 6'4" 245 most of my career and ran between a 12 and 12:30 two mile time. Just because someone is bringing more grunt to the fight doesn't mean they don't have endurance to run those silly garrison 5-10 milers. That long distance garbage doesn't count for jack shit in combat anyhow.

couldnt have said it better myself, those 5 milers we just a way to destroy my knees...the true combat comes from short intervals and heavy loads. Conventional rucking was also non existent in afghanistan, if we were walking its was patrols not company movements
