Hey I am new to this site but not to AAS or training, A little about me.... I compete in many sports a couple at national level, I work as a rescue specialist, coach some speed swimming and other things..etc..etc... by the way this is an excellent site as I have been reading on here for quite some time especially the women's forum lately. My girlfriend knows that a lot of women take var at the gym, also I'm on it right now along with test prop, Man do I feel great! lol anyways she was thinking of starting var and I am hesistant as she is the love of my life so want to make sure she is ready or is necessary.
stats are 6ft tall, 150lbs, was 160 three months ago but is training hard and laying more platform, was 145lbs (tried attaching photo... what she wants to do is shape her legs better, she did do modeling but here upper legs are "flat" and calves are "bulky" according to her and modeling clinics. what is the best way to carve up her calve muscles? or is this heriditary?? or if var will help aid the process along with her great diet and training, everything else is in line but can't seem to get the legs! also all round muscle tone too
I'm on 10mg var right now, it came from a new source of mine so I am on it to make sure it's not bunk or anything before she dips in. I also have 50mcg clenbuteral tabs and of course my test prop, I read of some women dabbling in this but seems dangerous to because I am not sure about it. sorry about the long blurb just trying to get info in!
was thinking of maybe a week or two trial of var and clen(might have to half dosage right?) to see how she reacts if it's needed at all, she has been reading up on this site to and aware or all the sides and etc jsut wondering if it will help.
any advice ladies would be greatly appreciated,

Post up her diet and training.

Var will not shape her leg muscles at all. Unfortunately calf muscles are very herditary and genetic. She should not train them at all if she wants to bring them down. Tell her not to walk on her tip toes....that does not help although at 6 feet I doubt she does. Avoid any exercises that build the calves is her best bet. If you have big calves that are genetic it is very hard to bring them down.

Walking in heels is also not good to bring down calves. It brings attention to them and forces one to strain the calf muscle. Tell her to wear flats.

My stepmother is a powerlifter and bodybuilder/miss fittness we train together often i would say your best bet would be squats squats and more squats nice and deep! You want to build those legs up use heavier weight low reps. You want to do calves just 1 or 2 times a month lite weight high reps. In my mind clen. would be ok but a low dose of primobolan 25-50mgs. a week would be a little better , I think you would do very well with this let me know how it goes if you try it and like it .HAVE FUN!
