New To The Board

I wanted to introduce myself, I'm DrS, and I am 5'11 225lbs , like 14% bf ( not good ) , but had a bone spur in the shoulder which laid me up for the last month. I am a MOD on a couple other boards and my a lot of my bros from my main board came from here so I thought I would check it out. Looking forward to learning from the board.
