I am a 44 year old male. I want to lean down to the tune of 180 from 213. I know it will take blood, sweat and tears. I need it, I am no stranger to aas, but I need help with a program. I am at 23% bf now. I need help with supplement program and work out plan.

Thanks

#1- Don't start AAS without doing bloodwork first. You should not start a cycle until your BF% is much lower, realistically around 15% bf. #2- You dont need help with Suplementation, workout, you need to get the diet on point. Then the rest can follow. #3- What are your current Macros for your cut? How many calories are you consuming a day? #4- How many days do you lift? And how much cardio are you doing a week? #5- full stats (age, weight, height, experience level, what cycle would this be for you, etc)

Injecting steroids for women into 1 or 2 areas of swelling allows physicians to deliver a high dose of the drug straight to the problem location.

Welcome aboard. I recently joined as well. After quite a long layoff I decided to get back into the game. Not only great info here on AAS but also diet, nutrition and some great ideas on different workouts. Alot of the stuff seems to me to have just changed names from days past but all good reminders of how to change up a program to keep the results coming. Read up on the stickys and read through as many posts as you can no matter how old. Great info.
