I'm 27 male from uk. Had blood test a few weeks ago as I'm looking to build muscle but lacked energy. Had some sleep and stress problems though, but thought I'd check it anyway. Results came back, they wouldnt let me have the results but they told me the reset of the test and it was

15.6 free T ( 8.9-29)

does that look okay?

I'm having a follow up blood test in two weeks for full test panel, FSH and thyroid. Is there anything I can do in the meantime? I will continue to eat right, lift heavy and now my sleeping seems to be fine, dealing with stress. I'm just worried I won't be able to put on muscle with those levels

another thing, before my last test, I didnt fast.. I just wasnt told to and I drank coffee, would this affect the levels?

Well 15.6 = 449.94. I'm guessing that you mean total T not free T. Assuming you mean Total T of 450... It is what it is, not real bad, not real good. You can probably do something else to get it up higher. Being in the UK there is no way in the world they would prescribe T for you with a level that high.

If that is your free T, Damn you have a tumor.
