There is never a need to taper dosages, unless testing for sides at higher dosages. At your stats and experience, there is no need to be tapering or to go over 500mg weekly. The body can only grow so much muscle at a time.

2nd that. Tapering is an old school method and is ineffective....

Not sure why this link isn't working: "http://www.steroidology.com/forum/anabolic-steroid-forum/654553-beginners-guid***********-proper-nutrition-3j.html" but it's sticky in the main forum. 3J's guide to proper nutrition etc.

Thanks Rhino and I want to thank all of you for your advice. I'll hold off on steroids for now. But I'm going to be active on here to keep gaining information. Come 500lb raw squat time I'll see my age and how I feel about gearing up.

Another point to consider is if you ran gear and worked out to your potential, you would more likely than not face ligament injury because your muscles would quickly outpace your supporting structures; a lot of us have good bases because we went natural for so many years and understand even on gear there is a limit to how much you can push yourself. I may not have maximized gains over the years, but I also haven't had any serious lifting injuries which set you way back and can ruin years of hard work.

Takes a bigger man to admit he's wrong, so respect for that man. Get your learn on, when asked the right way for assistance there are a ton of really helpful experts around here. There are also some asshole experts who deliver the love with a little bit of salt, so man pants and thick skin are mandatory around here. Good luck in your quest for glory.

Sad if you don't mind me asking. What do you regret. I'm still open to being convinced to wait.

you get hooked man

the mood swings are not worth it.

you go from being a god, to human again

its hard to say no to being a god, and thus you get hooked lool

im just saying, if you start, realize you are doing it for life and you are going to most likely end up abusing
