My schedule is crazy busy so I can only make it to the gym 4x a week.

My split is this, would appreciate advice and/or feedback

Monday: Chest

Bench
Decline Bench
Incline Dumbells
Flys
20min cardio

Tuesday:Back (and a little legs)

Lat PullDown
Seated Row
Deadlifts
Squats
20 min cardio

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday:Bis/Tris

Bis:
Seated Bar Curls
Standing Bar curls
Dumbell Curls

Tris:

Pulley Pushdown
Skull Crushers
Close-Grip bench

Friday: Shoulders

Seated Military
Dumbell Push
Rear Delts
Laterals
Wide-Grip Chin ups
20min cardio

Sat/Sun: OFF
 
4x is plenty. only thing i noticed right away was doing squats and deads the same day is gonna fuck you up.

If you do them like I do...you will never be able to do both in one day. I tried ONCE....I thought my knees were gonna snap they we shaking so much and my lower back punished me for the next week.
