Hello everyone. I have been lurking on the forums for about 5 months now and though it is about time to register. I like to learn as much as I can before posting, but am reading more and more everyday. Seems to be a good community here and am looking forward to being a part of it.
I am 26 yrs old, 5'7" 190lbs. I have been lifting on and off for about 10yrs but have been focused extremely with lifting for about the last 4 years. Diet is Ok, I am no were near comfortable with it yet, have been working on it since the new year. With my line of work (MIL) it is hard to get the time in throughout the day and get those extra meals/shakes in but I am making it work.
Recently I had orthoscopic shoulder surgery for a torn Labrum back in Sept and I have been back in the gym for about a month now and am back to about at/stronger than before the surgery. 8 dislocations takes it's toll on limiting certain exercises and how heavy I can lift due to it wanting to pop out. I have been taking it easy increasing the weight but the shoulder feels great and I keep going up every week and more and more confident.
So, I have my hands on some Sustanon 250 and will be using it shortly in the next few weeks. I know everyone recommends Test first cycle but this is all I can get my hands on as of now. My other source fell through. I will keep reading up and look forward on some input. Thanks
