not only is it too strong for a first cycle its all fucked up.. nolva and deca? nolva during cycle? test 10weeks? deca10weeks? just bad all around.

That looks like way too much for your first cycle. I was always told to just start with test, and see how your body reacts to the 1 compound. And then for your pct all you should need are clomid and nolva. First cycle keep it very basic.

i have never needed to go above 500mg of test p/w.. alot of guys do.. but i never had too.. 500mg p/w for your first cycle is Plenty!!

test e or c 500mg p/w 250mg mon/250mg thurs.. weeks 1-12
14 days after your last injection start pct @ 40/40/20/20 nolvadex..
if you chose to run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle aromasin "exemastane" @ 12.5 mg e/d or eod
you will be satisfied with results
test e or c 500mg p/w 250mg mon/250mg thurs.. weeks 1-12
