newbie var question
hey all..new to ology. i'm 24 female, 118lb athlete. did some homework and believe var is the way to go. in my sport have to watch weight and not much room for gains.(if anything i would like to loose weight) i'm just looking for strength and a little training advantage. hopefully this is the way to begin. question is this- i understand you should split up taking half in am and other half at night...should you take 2nd dose right before training? also how long before you feel it's effects? thanks for any and all advice!!
