Hey

Im a 19yr old 70kg male.

I have played Waterpolo up to international standard but i had a problem with my intestine which has prevented me from continuing at that level. I now come from a purely cosmetic point of view to bodybuilding. I am very fit and i have a little muscle but i look more like a skinny athletic build than anything else. Im looking to put on alot of muscle mass and from what i understand i want to avoid any steroids at this point as they will effect my body negatively due to me only being 19. What are the best supplements to use from increasing size from an aesthetic point of view.

Thanks for your time and help all advice appriciated.

P.S. I have heard of Activate and of Rebound + are these worth my time?

There are only a few worthwhile supplements in my view:

creatine (I prefer creatine ethyl ester)
taurine
whey protein/protein bars
multi-vitamin

There are other supplements which are useful (ECA and variants, yohimbine, MSM, etc.), but the above four are what I consider my 'core supplements'.

TrueProtein has CEE, taurine, and whey in bulk at reasonable prices. They're a board sponsor that I've used personally. You can't go wrong with them.

First off, make sure your diet is in check. Remember, supplements are used to SUPPLEMENT your regular diet. They should not be the foundation of your diet.

Good Supplements:
Whey Protein Isolate
Creatine Ethyl Ester
Fish Oil
Multi Vitamin

I would start with those.

hi thanks ill look into that and try a couple.

I mentioned Activate and of ReboundXT are these worth my time?
Or do they have the same dangerous properties of steroids at my age. My friend swears by them but i dont want to put myself in harms way.
