Hello everyone. This is my first post and first time experience with AAS. I've been reading on and off for about 2 years but never felt the the time was right. A little about myself.
I come from a family with poor eating habits, alcoholism, obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. I first started weight lifting around 13 years old and stopped around 16 for a few years due to an elbow injury. I've been over weight all my life, but my highest was between 18 and 22, topping at 315lbs at 5'9.
From 22 to now (27), I've been very serious about my workout and diet. I weigh in around 195lbs but still have a high bf(% is ?).
Now I'm living near Tokyo... And gear is legal to have. I'm going on a 3 week vacation to Thailand starting this weekend. My buddy has lived there for 8 years and is in a close circle of mma fighters, he claims he knows legitimate sources, of course I'll proceed with caution.
Physically I don't think I'm in the right state to start a cycle. I'm going to try to a clen cycle with benadryl and taurine first.
If I can afford it, I want to bring back a cycle of AAS.
I want to bring back either (or both)
Test enanthate and/or cyponiate
Or/and
Deca and d-Bol
For an AI:
Aromasin
And I want to have letro on hand in case of an emergency of gyno.
PCT:
Nolvadex
Clomid
HCG
A-dex
Of course this list isn't my PCT plan. I've always read "everyone's body reacts differently" I'd rather be safe and have options on hand vs. Failed results and in serious health risks.
This sound like an OK checklist?
My diet is high protein and low carbs. I don't consume any alcohol.
